Get a Staging Quote

Just provide a brief description of the listing you would like staged, and we’ll prepare an initial home staging quote based on the information you share.

Schedule a Tour

Once you’ve reviewed our staging packages and are ready to move forward, we’ll schedule a walkthrough of your property. This step helps us assess the staging needs—whether it’s vacant home staging or staging for an occupied property—and confirm the preliminary quote.

Sign Agreement

The staging contract is ready to be reviewed and signed by the seller and/or listing agent. It outlines the terms of our agreement, including the staging date, rental period, expectations, liability, and more. Attached to the staging agreement is the staging invoice.

Staging Day

On staging day, our team will access your property to transform it into a showcase-ready home, perfect for attracting potential buyers. We’ll add furnishings and accessories tailored to the property style, leaving it photo-ready for the following day. Whether you’ve opted for luxury home staging or a basic setup, our approach ensures the best presentation.

Request Destaging

Once staging has fulfilled its purpose and the property is ready for closing, simply notify us to remove our furnishings. We require advance notice as stated in the agreement, ensuring seamless destaging logistics for your property.

In either scenario, we need to clarify if you are considering to keep any of the owner’s/tenant’s current items in the home while the listing is active on the market. For vacant homes, our pricing is based on our most affordable package: Living BASE. Regardless of the combo you need – one of our standard packages or custom staging – we’re ready to quote for homes of any size, price point, and style.
