Our 5-step process

We’re committed to doing our part in keeping real transactions as smooth and efficient as possible. Transparency plays a key role in earning and maintaining our clients’ trust. With this simple roadmap, you’ll know what to expect at each step of our staging process.

Get a staging quote

Contact us by phone, email, social DM, or message us directly from our website with a brief description of the listing you would like staged. We will provide you with an initial quote based on the information you shared.

Schedule a tour

Once you know which staging packages are within your budget and you’re ready to move forward, we schedule a walkthrough. This allows us to gather all the data we need in order to plan your staging and to confirm our initial quote.

Sign agreement

The staging contract is ready to be reviewed and signed by the seller and/or listing agent. It outlines the terms of our agreement, including the staging date, rental period, expectations, liability, and more. Attached to the staging agreement is the staging invoice.

Staging day

The property is ready to undergo a transformation and achieve it’s showroom look. Our crew will access the property following your directions (typically through a contractor lock box). We’ll work our magic and leave the interior photo-ready for the following day.

Request destaging

Staging has done its job and you’re ready to part ways with our furnishing and accessories. We require advance notice to remove our inventory from your listing, as stated in the staging agreement. That’s how we make sure we have the necessary resources and storage space ready for their grand return.

Staging packages

Your home staging quote depends on a variety of factors that we need to assess upfront. The biggest question is whether the home is vacant or owner/tenant occupied. In either scenario, we need to clarify if you are considering to keep any of the owner’s/tenant’s current items in the home while the listing is active on the market. For vacant homes, our pricing is based on our most affordable package: Living BASE. Regardless of the combo you need – one of our standard packages or custom staging – we’re ready to quote for homes of any size, price point, and style. With these considerations in mind, and in response to our most requested staging packages, we’ve compiled a 4-tier pricing model:
